All services are subject to availability and final confirmation post-site inspection and agreement.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  • Initial consultation is free via call or WhatsApp.

  • Service/work orders begin only after mutual agreement, advance payment, and documentation (if applicable).

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cash (against receipt).

  • Final cost may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, or change requests.

Note: All quotes shared are exclusive of GST unless stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation before project commencement: 75% refund of advance.

  • Cancellation after material purchase: No refund.

  • Work delays due to client-side decisions or inaccessibility are not our responsibility.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

5. Work Timeline

We provide an estimated timeline after site inspection. Timelines may shift due to material delay, weather conditions, or third-party dependencies. We commit to transparent communication in all such cases.

6. Site Access & Responsibility

Clients are required to provide access to the property/site for our workers and material delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused due to unavailability of access or local restrictions.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Warranty on work or fittings will depend on product type (e.g. hinges, plywood, hardware).

  • We do not guarantee third-party material beyond the brand’s warranty.

  • Any accidental damage or misuse after delivery is not covered.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the work agreed upon.

8. Use of Website
